January 20, 2009 brought the Santos family our very first snow adventure here in NC - or anywhere else for that matter! We had about 5 inches and it was beautiful. It kept snowing the entire time we played and the kids loved seeing it fall but not hearing it like when it rains. Nathan and Anthony even got to tube down the hill! These Florida-born and bred boys are taking a liking to NC!

You sound and look like us in our first winter in NH. The silence of a snowfall is one of the most beautiful things about it to me. I still love to listen to the snow fall!
