Durham Bulls!

We were able to go to a Durham Bulls baseball game with Amaury's work and enjoy a picnic dinner and Goodberry's frozen custard! What a fun time! When the Bulls hit a homerun the huge bull's eyes turn red and smoke comes out of his nose - too fun! The boys were also give complimentary new Bulls baseball caps to add to their growing collection. It was a great night!

Anthony turns 4!!!

Our precious Anthony turned 4 recently and we celebrated the whole day! We were able to have Mamaw visit during his birthday and he loved the bike that was given to him. He proudly rode it through the house and did a really good job! You can see his attempt at holding up 4 fingers to tell you how old he is :) We also went to Chuck E. Cheese for a fun time. We are so thankful to God for such a loving, compassionate, thoughtful little boy like our Anthony!

More Anthony #4 pictures!

Anthony had two celebrations for his 4th birthday - one at Chuck E. Cheese (quickly becoming our family tradition!) and his cake and presents at home. He had an Incredible Hulk cake and he loved it! Among the presents he received - besides the new bike - were an inflatable swimming pool, a Slip-n-Slide, and a new bike safety helmet. We had a great time!

Sweaty boys, brotherly love, and yellow flowers!

Our boys are very special to us and to each other. They love having a good time, they love each other, and they love giving Mommy flowers. Does it get any better :)

Spring Picnic with Open Door Baptist Church

We had a blast at the annual Spring Picnic with our church. The kids got to ride bikes, play in the sand, play on the playground, and run around a beautiful park with fantastic weather. We have an awesome church family and we love fellowshipping with them!

Easter with our Open Door family!

It was a gorgeous day for Easter and after church we headed over to the Soca family's house for a lunch fellowship with the Hispanic ABF. The kids even got to have an Easter egg hunt which they loved - the little ones in the front yard and the older ones in the woods behind the house. Nathan wore his favorite suit and looked so handsome - and grown-up!

Easter 2009!

Although they had some bed-head and sleepy eyes they enjoyed their Easter baskets! They even got to eat a little chocolate before we went to church to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus! What a glorious day to remember and come together to worship!
